Refund Policy

At KB Esthetic Studio LLC, all service payments are final once a service has been completed. Due to the nature of esthetic treatments and hygiene standards, I do not offer refunds on services rendered.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment if at least 24 hours’ notice is given for rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

Retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days if unopened, unused, and in original condition. Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds. If there is a concern with a service or product, clients are encouraged to contact KB Esthetic Studio within 48 hours so I can evaluate and address the situation appropriately.
